(c) Consultant shall ensure all staff receive proper training and have adequate <br />Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to successfully and safely conduct <br />stormwater sampling and analysis <br />(d) Submit samples to a certified laboratory for analysis <br />(e) Conduct pollutant load analysis <br />(f) Prepare and submit data reports to the City analyzing the water quality of the <br />samples <br />v) Future Municipal NPDES Permit(s) Support <br />(a) Analyze future Municipal NPDES Permit(s) and advise the City of pending <br />changes and impacts to its NPDES Program <br />(b) Assist the City in transitioning or modifying the NPDES Program to comply <br />with future Municipal NPDES Permit(s) <br />(c) Update plans associated with NPDES Permits, including but not limited to: <br />Local Implementation Plan (LIP) and Drainage Area Management Plan <br />(DAMP) <br />vi) Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) Support <br />(a) Consultant shall have technical knowledge of TMDL requirements in <br />watersheds the City is located within <br />(b) Advise the City how to comply with TMDL requirements <br />(c) Prepare and review special studies or reports associated with TMDL <br />compliance <br />vii) Watershed Management Plans (WMP) Support <br />(a) Consultant shall have technical knowledge of WMP development and <br />implementation <br />(b) Conduct Reasonable Assurance Analysis (RAA) <br />(c) Advise the City how to comply with WMP requirements <br />viii) Statewide Construction General Permit (CGP) Support <br />(a) Prepare and submit Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), <br />Inspection Reports, Rain Event Action Plans (REAP), Annual Reports, <br />Notices of Intent (NOI), Notices of Termination (NOT), Ad -Hoc Reports, <br />Numeric Action Level (NAL) Exceedance Reports, or other related <br />documents to the City for Capital Improvement Projects <br />(b) All documentation shall comply with the requirements of the Statewide <br />Construction General Permit (CGP) and shall be prepared by a licensed <br />Qualified Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Developers (QSD) or <br />Qualified Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Practitioners (QSP) <br />ix) Any other work related to compliance with NPDES Permits or development <br />of the City's NPDES Program <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 23-028 Page Al-5 <br />
