Hall <br />The City of Santa Ana ("City") is in receipt of your letter of June 30, 2023, regarding Orange County <br />United Way's ("Assignee") acquisition of 2-1-1 Orange County ("Assignor"). <br />Pursuant to Section XII ("Assignability") of Agreement No. A-2023-083-05 ("Agreement"), please <br />find the City's written consent regarding the assibgrunent of the services in this Agreement to Assignee <br />for the term of this Agreement ending June 30, 2024.
