Living in a rent stable apartment has been life changing. My <br />income hasn't changed much over the last 5 year but rent has increased. If it wasn't for rent cap my family and I would <br />most likely be homeless. We are hardworking citizens who pay into taxes and deserve a place to call home. This law <br />must be protected.
