NDI Proposal 80008-53 <br />WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE (WBS) <br />NDI will perform the following labor tasks identified in the WBS below per the RFP. The WBS shows the <br />budgeted hours for each task as well as the labor code of the project team member performing the task. <br />Labor Budget <br />Task List Code Hrs. <br />Crooke Pump Station System (3 Booster Pumps, 1 Reservoir, 2 Wells) and the Cambridge Pump Station <br />System (3 Booster Pumps and 1 Reservoir) <br />Data Gathering and System Analysis: <br />a. Develop Data Gatherina Plan includin <br />jectives and checklists for site visits <br />b. Gather Existing Modicon PLC Programs & SCADA HMI Platforms/Databases <br />c. Gather Existing documentation relating to PLC Control Panels and field <br />instrumentation (Pressure, Level, Flow, Analyzers & VFD's) <br />d. Gather documentation on any Major Skid-Mounted/OEM systems (Chlorination & <br />Filter Systems) - as applicable <br />e. Gather documentation and information on Site surveillance cameras (as applicable) <br />f. Gather information pertaining to Telemetry Networks (radio / antenna / tower / network <br />gears / communication panel) <br />Workshops with City of Santa Ana's (COSA) Project Team <br />a. Conduct Fact Finding Workshop with COSA to discuss the existing Crooke & <br />Cambridge Systems. <br />b. Findings Report compiled from the System Analysis and Fact -Finding Workshop <br />c. Conduct an Operations Workshop with COSA to discuss system improvements, <br />recommendations, and enhancements <br />Project Specification Development <br />Develop Project Specifications for the Crooke System and the Cambridge System <br />a. Develop Detailed Control Narrative Document for the Crooke System <br />b. Develop a Detailed Control Narrative for the Cambridge System <br />c. Develop Detailed PLC Control Panel Design Drawings Package for the Crooke <br />System <br />d. Develop Detailed PLC Control Panel Design Drawings Package for the Cambridge <br />System <br />e. Develop Written I&C Specifications for the Crooke System <br />f. Develop Written I&C Specifications for the Cambridge System <br />g.
