INSURANCE ON FILE <br />N-2023-049-01 <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL I SI NNCE EVIRES <br />ex <br />CITYCITY CLERK FIRST AMENDMENT TO RECREATION SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />DATE: WITH RAYA FOUNDATION <br />O:?WRO) <br />{THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on September 7, 2023, by <br />(�•Sgt1�) and between RAYA Foundation ("Provider"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />m <br />N <br />o RECITALS <br />r <br />N A. On February 28, 2023, the City and Provider entered into Agreement No. N-2023-049 <br />rz ("Agreement), for Provider to provide Run, Jump, Throw, and track club classes in the City's <br />w <br />recreation class program. The agreement runs from March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024. <br />The Agreement is current and in -effect. <br />B. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to allow for additional classes to be provided in the <br />Agreement and revise the split percentages for compensation as detailed for these additional <br />classes. There are no other changes contemplated by this Amendment <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 1.a., Scope of Services, is amended to include the classes detailed in Exhibit A-1 to this <br />First Amendment to the Agreement. <br />2. Section 2.a., Compensation, is amended to include a 70/30% compensation split for only those <br />classes detailed in Exhibit A-1 to this First Amendment to the Agreement. The overall <br />compensation to the Agreement shall not be increased. <br />2.
