Code Sec. 27388.1 <br />WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br />City of Santa Ana <br />20 Civic Center Plaza M-25 <br />City of Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />Attn: Kristine Ridge, City Manager <br />WITH A COPY TO: <br />State of California — Official Business <br />Department of General Services <br />707 311 Street, MS-501 <br />West Sacramento, CA 95605 <br />Attention: Robert McKinnon <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and through THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />GENERAL SERVICES (the "State"), does hereby relinquish, abandon, abrogate, transfer, release, <br />remise and quitclaim to the City of Santa Ana, a California charter city and municipal corporation <br />(the "Grantee"), all of the State's right, title and interest in and to that certain real property situated <br />in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein (collectively, the "Property"). <br />EXCEPTING AND RESERVING TO the State, in all lands described herein, all minerals <br />and mineral deposits, as defined in California Public Resources Code Section 6407, including, but <br />not limited to, oil and gas, other gases including, but not limited to, non -hydrocarbon and geothermal <br />gases, oil shale, coal, phosphate, alumina, silica, fossils of all geological ages, sodium, gold, silver, <br />metals and their compounds, alkali, alkali earth, sand, clay, gravel, salts and mineral waters, uranium, <br />trona, and geothermal resources, together with the right of the State or persons authorized by the State <br />to prospect for, drill for, extract, mine and remove such deposits or resources, except that the State or <br />
