On July 12, 2023, the City and the Contractor entered into Agreement No. N-2023-197 <br />("Agreement), for Contractor to provide a live musical performance at the City of Santa Ana's 2023 <br />cn Chicano Heritage Festival. The agreement runs through the date of the performance on August 27, <br />2023 and is current and in -effect. <br />B. Prior to the event, the parties determined that additional funding was required to reimburse the <br />Contractor for insurance coverage costs required by the Agreement. <br />C. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase the overall compensation amount by $279.49. <br />There are no other changes contemplated by this Amendment <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2.a., Compensation, is amended to increase the total amount to be expended during the <br />term of this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $3,279.49. <br />2.
