Nevertheless, on April 24, 2023, the Planning <br />Commission approved the Project. Accordingly, SWMSRCC is now submitting this <br />appeal within 10 days of the Planning Commission meeting, as required.2 <br />The Southwest Mountain States Carpenters is a labor union representing 63,000 union <br />carpenters in 10 states, including California, and has a strong interest in well -ordered <br />land use planning and in addressing the environmental impacts of development <br />projects.
