number of pieces of equipment for all phases by 1.25, with the exception of worker trips required for the <br />building construction and architectural coating phases.9 Furthermore, the worker trip vehicle class is a 50/25/25 <br />percent mix of light duty autos, light duty truck class 1 and light duty truck class 2, respectively."10 Finally, the <br />default worker trip length is consistent with the length of the operational home -to -work vehicle trips.11 The <br />operational home -to -work vehicle trip lengths are: <br />"[B]ased on the location and urbanization selected on the project characteristic screen. These values <br />were supplied by the air districts or use a default average for the state. Each district (or county) also <br />assigns trip lengths for urban and rural settings" (emphasis added)." <br />Thus, the default worker trip length is based on the location and urbanization level selected by the User when <br />modeling emissions.
