2230 N Tustin Avenue <br />Item #17 <br />Planning and Building Agency <br />October 3, 2023 <br />Slide 6 <br />Project Description & Operations <br />•The installation of the underground fuel tank would require a permit from an <br />outside agency and as such the applicant is required to apply for a second <br />CUP under the noxious use ordinance. <br />•Additionally, the proposed site has been reconfigured, relocating the fueling <br />canopy from the south western end of the site to the north eastern end. The <br />proposed mini-mart has been relocated from the northern eastern end of the <br />site to the south western end, abutting the western property. <br />•The fueling canopy has been increased from 2,160 square feet to 2,880 <br />square feet. <br />•The mini-mart has been modified to be one story and reduced from 2,600 <br />square feet to 2,150 square feet. <br />•Proposed hours of operation are 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), seven <br />days a week. <br />•No after hours or ABC licenses are being proposed at this time.
