Exhibit A SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Provider shall conduct dance and theater classes for children ages 3+ years. B. Provider shall teach such or similar classes (1) at the times below at facilities to be designated by the City or (2) on a schedule agreed upon by the parties for each class session or term, including the location, specific days and hours when classes will be held, and holidays to be observed, in accordance with City's needs. SoCa. Arts, a southern California Dance Company, offers a range of classes that include but are not limited to: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tot Hip Hop, etc. SoCa Arts believes that by providing resources and events that empower children to celebrate kindness, compassion, and a philanthropic spirit in all that they do we will create happier and more confident children. INSTRUCTOR: SoCa Arts Staff LOCATION: Roosevelt Walker Center, 816 E Chestnut Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92701 (714) 647-5220. • Ballet, Tap, Jazz Combo will consist of 4 week sessions, held 1 day per week, 45 minutes. • Hip Hop will consist of 4 week sessions, held 1 day per week, 45 minutes. • Tot IIip Hop will consist of 4 week sessions, held 1 day per week, 45 minutes. • Princess Ballet will consist of 4 week sessions, held 1 day per week, 45 minutes. INSTRUCTOR: SoCa Arts Staff LOCATION: Open to Other Recreation Parks and Facilities, Santa Ana, CA, (714) 647-5308 • SoCa Arts will consist of 4 week sessions, held I day per week, 45 minutes. C. Provider shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, records and personnel. Provider shall be responsible for clean-up of the facilities and materials and shall ensure the safety and effectiveness of instruction. CLASS SIZE A. Each class must have a minimum of 6 paid students and no more than 15 students. B. No registration will be accepted after the second meeting of classes. C. If the minimum registration has not been reached by the second class the class shall be cancelled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide services for the cancelled classes, and the City will have no further obligations to pay Provider compensation for the retraining classes that were cancelled in that session.
