. The City of Santa Ana should be held accountable for property value decreases. The City has no right to limit the value of one's <br />property by forcing their rent to stay below a certain level. <br />. The City of Santa Ana needs to reimburse landlords for their loss of income imposed by this ordinance. <br />.Tenants that are in a unit more than 10-15 years need to vacate the unit in order update the unit at our cost. Paying them to <br />leave with 3 months rent is ludicrous. It costs 50K to rejuvenate a unit. <br />. The City Ordinance NS -3027 and Rental Board need to be abolished. The City's haphazard attempt to control the rental <br />economy is an abuse of power and is unjustified. <br />
