Mayor Amezcua announced that Closed Session Item No. 5 was continued to the <br />February 7, 2023 meeting. <br />ROLL CALL <br />MINUTES: Acting City Clerk Norma Orozco conducted Roll Call. Councilmembers <br />Penaloza and Vasquez and Mayor Pro Tem Lopez were present in person. Mayor <br />Amezcua and Councilmember Hernandez attended via teleconference. Councilmembers <br />Bacerra and Phan joined the meeting in person during Closed Session. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS-- Members of the public may address the City Council on Closed <br />Session items. <br />MINUTES: No public comments were received regarding Closed Session items. <br />MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua recessed to consider the Closed Session items at 4:41 <br />P.M. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br />matters without members of the public present.
