Understanding Scope of Services <br />Enterprise Automation understands that the City, through this RFP, is seeking a highly qualified <br />Industrial Automation Systems Integrator to provide the following: <br />1. Control panel drawings, functional specifications, programming specifications, and testing <br />specifications for the City's water production and control facilities <br />2. SCADA systems source control and change control services <br />3. As -needed, the integrator will also act as the City's agent, providing oversight and training <br />for the City's contracted controls programmers, who are responsible for implementing the <br />designs developed <br />3.1 Standards <br />A key goal of EA's role as the City's most recent Change Manager was to develop standardized <br />approaches and documentation for site upgrade projects. <br />EA successfully developed a suite of standardized documentation that has been utilized on <br />several projects with multiple contractors and programmers. <br />Through those experiences we've been able to significantly reduce the effort required to hand <br />over the City's standards, increase the quality of contractor deliverables, and ensure that sites are <br />implemented consistently. <br />3.2 Detailed Pump Station Scopes of Work <br />See Appendix A for detailed scope of work documents for the Cambridge and Crooke pump <br />station projects. Those projects include the following tasks. <br />3.2.1 Site Specific Deliverables: <br />The following deliverables will be developed for each site, as needed to support capital upgrades: <br />1. Control Panel Drawing Package: <br />a. Front and back panel layout drawings <br />b. Power distribution drawing <br />c. Inputs/outputs drawing <br />d. Bill of Materials <br />e. 1/0 list with tag names <br />2. Functional Specification <br />3. SCADA Design Specification <br />4. OIT Design Specification <br />5. Network Drawings <br />6. SCADA FAT Procedures and checklists <br />7. Panel FAT Procedures and checklists <br />8. SAT Procedures and checklists <br />
