("FranklinCovey"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and N laws of the State of California ("City" or "Client'). 0 RECITALS N v A. The City entered into Agreement #N-2023-177 ("Agreement') with FranklinCovey to provide a o license agreement for access to the FranklinCovey Solutions database. The term of the Agreement commenced on July 15, 2023 and runs through July 14, 2024. The agreement is current and in -effect. B. The City has determined that an increase in the compensation to the Agreement is necessary to cover costs related to optional services, including print costs by FranklinCovey, as noted in the Agreement. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the parties desire to amend the compensation of this Agreement. 1. Total Investment, shall be amended to increase the total compensation by $20,800.00. The total compensation amount for this Agreement shall not exceed $50,000.00. 2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
