CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> <br />STREET SWEEPING SERVICES 13 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Subcontractors <br />Consultant shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance meeting <br />all the requirements stated herein, and Contractor shall ensure that Entity is an <br />additional insured on insurance required from subcontractors. <br /> <br />Special Risks or Circumstances <br />Entity reserves the right to modify these requirements, including limits, based on the nature of <br />the risk, prior experience, insurer, coverage, or other special circumstances. <br /> <br />XI. SELECTION PROCEDURES & CRITERIA <br />A. The City will establish a proposal review committee. The review committee will evaluate <br />proposals based on the response to the RFP, which includes adherence to outlined directions <br />and format, and the City evaluation criteria set forth below. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Proposers will be ranked by the review committee based on the following criteria: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />C. A final score will be calculated for each submitted proposal and used to rank Proposers. <br />Based upon the foregoing criteria, all proposals shall be ranked by score. Only those <br />proposals receiving a score above 70 will be considered for award. The City reserves the <br />right to award the contract to any proposer(s) with a score above 70. The review committee <br />will evaluate proposers based on their response to the RFP and the City evaluation criteria <br />set forth above. <br /> <br />D. The City is under no obligation to accept any proposal and reserves the right to negotiate <br />with respondents as to fees and terms.
