LN standard pricing will be in effect for any new features made generally available by LN subsequent to the execution of this Schedule A. 2.6 Amounts Payable: Billing Intermediary agrees to pay LN in accordance with any invoice for the fees set forth above. 3. RENEWAL PERIOD FEES Billing Intermediary may elect to renew this Schedule A for up to one (1) optional 12-month term (a "Renewal Term') by providing 30 days' advance written notice to LN prior to the end of the Initial Term. In the event Billing Intermediary does not provide such written notice, this Schedule A shall terminate. During the Renewal Term, Billing Intermediary shall pay to LN the annual fees as set forth in the table below ("Optional Renewal Term Annual Fees"). Any future renewal of the LN Services beyond June 30, 2029 will be stated and executed in a new Schedule A. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION This Schedule A contains the confidential pricing information of LN. Billing Intermediary acknowledges that the disclosure of such pricing information could cause competitive harm to LN, and as such, Billing Intermediary agrees to maintain this Schedule A in trust and confidence and take reasonable precautions against disclosure to any third party to the extent permitted by local and state law.
