I don't quite understand how things got this far along without the Registrar of Voters <br />catching this error, but regardless, the City simply can't face the risk of an expensive legal battle on top of the <br />expensive special election. Councilmember Lopez is up for re-election in a year - let's let the new Ward 3 voters <br />decide then who they want representing them. <br />Thank you, <br />Kelly Kraus -Lee <br />
