Fairview and Buisness Park Redesign Good afternoon, I am writing to draw the City Council's attention to an issue regarding the project submitted by Vista Charter School. They are seeking to fence the school and assert full ownership of the parking area, supposedly based on a claim that CR&R has granted them these rights. Upon reviewing the amended Civic Center CC&R and related documents, it is clear that these documents do not explicitly mention ownership of the parking area. Instead, they primarily focus on the allocation of maintenance responsibilities, assessments, and certain rights concerning specific areas within the property, such as Buildings A/B, Buildings C/D, and Common Areas. Ownership or specific rights related to parking areas are not detailed in this documentation. Additionally, the owners of Buildings C/D are requesting that Vista Charter School provide specific references within the CR&R documentation that grant them ownership of the parking areas, and/or if they possess receipts confirming the purchase of these parking areas. Clarification on these matters would be greatly appreciated in order to ensure a transparent and fair understanding of the situation.
