<br />CalOptima Health PHA MOU Page 10 of 18 <br />but are not limited to: notifications; investigation and remediation costs, including <br />notification of all whose personal information was disclosed; outside investigation; <br />forensics; counsel; crisis management; and credit monitoring. In the event the Party, <br />whose data has been breached, determines that additional action(s) are required, the <br />other Party shall bear the reasonable costs to remedy the breach. In the event the <br />Party, whose data has been breached, conducts additional actions(s) arising out of <br />or in connection with a Security Breach, the other Party shall reimburse the Party, <br />whose data has been breach ed, for costs associated to legally required actions. <br />XV.
