MINUTES: Councilmember Sacerra expressed concern regarding the activity at the property and questioned if the City has submitted the proposed improvement to SoCal Edison. Public Works Director Nabil Saba spoke regarding coordination with SoCal Edison and stated improvements would be made in three months' timeframe to the property. MOTION: Councilmember Bacerra moved to approve the recommended action for Item No. 18, seconded by Councilmember Penaloza.
