Homeless Udpate <br />Homeless Services Division Manager Ken Gominsky gave a presentation regarding the <br />Homelessness Update, <br />Councilmember Penaloza questioned whether pets were welcomed and required to be <br />vaccinated. <br />Mr. Gominsky spoke regarding individual and pet examinations and requisites. <br />Discussion ensued regarding increased violations and fines, upkeep of property by Union <br />Pacific Railroad Company, housing and vouchers, and availability of beds. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Lopez requested a presentation by CalOptima regarding funding to develop a <br />street medicine program. <br />4A.
