Approve Agreements with Delhi Center and Seva Collective for Food Distribution Programs for a One -Year Term in an Aggregate Amount Not to Exceed $500,000 (Revive Santa Ana Program) Department(s): City Manager Office Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements with Delhi Center and Seva Collective to operate food distribution programs for a one-year term beginning March 1, 2023 and expiring February 29, 2024, in a total shared aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement Nos. 2023-019 and 2023-046). MINUTES: Mayor Pro Tem Lopez inquired about the ranking given to United Across Borders. Management Aide Lauren Matthews provided a breakdown of the rankings administered to the responsive organizations.
