B. The City of Santa Ana's Executive Director of Library Services, or their <br />designee, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the funding <br />agreement with the California State Library and any amendments thereto. <br />C. The City of Santa Ana's Executive Director of Library Services, or their <br />designee, is hereby authorized and directed to submit any required <br />documents, funding requests, and reports required to obtain grant funding. <br />D. The City of Santa Ana certifies that the project will comply with any laws and <br />regulations including, but not limited to, the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA), legal requirements for building codes, health and safety codes, <br />the California Labor Code, disabled access laws, and, that prior to <br />commencement of the project, all applicable permits will have been obtained. <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 7w day of November, 2023 <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
