All members were present. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Jeffrey Katz <br />WORDS OF INSPIRATION Juan Plascencia <br />ADDITIONS\DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall announced a revision of the recipient for the <br />Workers’ Memorial Day Proclamation to Southern California Coalition for Occupational <br />Safety & Health and the move of Item No. 21, the first reading of an ordinance <br />amending Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 8-6 pertaining to license requirements, <br />from the Consent Calendar to the Business Calendar. <br />CEREMONIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />1.Certificate of Recognition presented by Mayor Amezcua to Selina Mendez <br />for Outstanding Contributions to the Community. <br />2.Proclamation presented by Mayor Pro Tem Lopez and Councilmember Vazquez to <br />Southern California Coalition for Occupational Safety & Health declaring April 28, <br />2023 as Workers’ Memorial Day.
