CITY COUNCIL 7 April 18, 2023 <br />25. Sonia Hernandez (translation: Spanish) provided comments on increasing the <br />healthcare minimum wage to $25 an hour. <br />26. Valentin Martinez (translation: Spanish) provided comments on the disruption to <br />businesses in Downtown Santa Ana as a result of the OC Street Car construction. <br />27. Jose Garay (translation: Spanish) spoke regarding trees lining his street and the <br />issues they are causing to the sidewalks. <br />28. Juliet Castro (translation: Spanish) provided comments on the disruption to <br />businesses in Downtown Santa Ana as a result of the OC Street Car construction. <br />29.
