Zoning Compliance: Prior to acquiring the property, we took meticulous steps to ensure that the zoning was permitted. We held discussions with the Planning Department supervisor and staff, and there was no indication of any negative feedback or inconsistency with the City's general plan. It is perplexing that our application was denied based on factors that were neither mentioned nor discussed during our interactions. 2. Community Service Contributions: Anchor Stone Christian Church has been actively engaged in supporting the residents of Santa Ana on a weekly basis. Our organization has played a crucial role in assisting those in need within the community. Denying our application raises questions about why the Planning Department would turn away an organization that has consistently contributed to the well- being of the City's residents. We kindly request a thorough review of our application, taking into consideration the positive impact we have had on the community and our commitment to complying with all zoning regulations.
