4EEEC <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br />Statement of Qualifications <br />Agreement Statement <br />EEC has read and agrees to any and all provisions contained in the standard agreement <br />attached as Appendix 2 to the City of Santa Ana RFP No. 20-089 for Waste Discharge <br />Requirement Compliance Services. <br />Firm and Team Experience <br />Corporate Profile <br />EEC Environmental (EEC) is pleased to submit this proposal to provide continued Waste <br />Discharge Requirements (WDR) and environmental compliance services to the City of Santa <br />Ana (City). Based on EEC's extensive experience and success in developing, implementing, <br />and managing mandated programs, including Sewer System Management Plans (SSMP), fats, <br />oils, and grease (FOG) control programs, and a wide range of environmental compliance <br />programs throughout the county, EEC is poised and prepared to assist the City with the <br />multifaceted tasks and services associated with its existing WDR and environmental compliance <br />programs. These services include, but are not limited to, auditing and updating SSMPs, <br />providing oversight and administration of a comprehensive FOG control program, which <br />includes food service establishment (FSE) inspections, assisting with enforcement of the City's <br />Municipal Code Article III, Chapter 39, Section 39-56, assisting in the response to sanitary <br />sewer overflows (SSOs), public education and outreach, City personnel education and training, <br />geographic information systems (GIS) support, computer maintenance management systems <br />(CMMS) support, and training.
