The existing building is comprised <br />of two units (2938 and 2932 South Daimler Street). The immediately adjacent unit at 2932 <br />South Daimler Street is currently occupied by an office use. In May of 2023, the church <br />applied for a certificate of occupancy for administrative office space, which a use allowed <br />by right in the P zoning district. <br />Anchor Stone Christian Church currently operates at a separate location in the City of <br />Irvine. On January 23, 2023, the applicant submitted a development project application <br />to the City for the change of use from office to a church.
