No other compensation or benefits, including leave, will be provided, unless <br />required by state or federal law; and <br />4. Mr. Hatch will be limited to 960 hours per fiscal year as set forth in working after <br />retirement rules set forth in the Government Code and CalPERS Regulations. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Mr. Hatch will be paid an hourly rate of $156.82 during his appointment as Interim City <br />Manager. He will not be entitled to any additional compensation, benefits, paid leave or <br />paid holidays, unless required by federal or state law. <br />Funds are available in the City Manager’s Office salaries and benefits account (Account <br />No. 01103010- 61000) and to the extent necessary will be budgeted in future fiscal <br />years as follows.
