<67) <br />GEOCON <br />MARC J RADLINSKI <br />SPECIAL INSPECTOR <br />City of Santa Ana <br />RFP 23-123 — On -Call Geotechnical Engineering Services <br />Mr. Radlinski has 50 years of experience in the construction industry and has <br />been certified to perform concrete and masonry inspections since 2009. He <br />has performed inspection and testing services for a multitude of residential, <br />commercial, and industrial developments. He reviews and interprets plans, <br />blueprints, site layouts, specifications, and construction methods to ensure <br />compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements. Mr. <br />Radlinski is an effective communicator and is proactive at solving problems <br />on the jobsite. Some of his experience includes: <br />CITY OF EASTVALE, FIRE STATION NO. 2, EASTVALE, CALIFORNIA <br />Geocon performed geotechnical observation and testing, special inspection <br />and materials testing services for the construction of the Eastvale Fire Station <br />No. 2 located on the northeast corner of Selby Avenue and Chandler Street <br />in Eastvale, California. Mr. Radlinski served as special inspector for the <br />duration of this project. <br />CITY OF GARDEN GROVE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, ON -CALL <br />GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />EXPERIENCE <br />50 years <br />CERTIFICATIONS <br />- City of Irvine Special <br />Inspector <br />- ICC Reinforced Concrete <br />- ICC Structural Masonry <br />- ACI Grade I Concrete <br />Testing Field Technician <br />- ACI Concrete Strength <br />Testing Technician <br />- City of San Diego Special <br />Inspector <br />- OSHA 10-Hour <br />Construction Safety <br />Course <br />Geocon is currently contracted to perform on -call geotechnical, materials, - First Aid/CPR/AED & <br />testing and inspection services contract for the City of Garden Grove. Geocon Bloodborne Pathogens <br />has completed numerous pavement restoration projects including arterial <br />streets, residential roads, storm drains, and a variety of public improvement projects. Mr. Radlinski served as <br />special inspector for the duration of this project. <br />CITY OF NEWPORT, ON -CALL GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING, MATERIALS TESTING, & INSPECTION SERVICES <br />CONTRACT <br />Geocon currently provides geotechnical, materials testing and inspection services for the City of Newport <br />Beach. Investigations for pavement restoration projects and miscellaneous public improvement repairs were <br />completed and geotechnical and materials inspection and testing services were provided for asphalt <br />pavement and concrete placement. Mr. Radlinski performed special inspection services for these projects. <br />IRVINE RANCH WATER DISTRICT, UNIVERSITY DRIVE WIDENING APPURTENANCE RELOCATIONS, IRVINE, <br />CALIFORNIA <br />Geocon provided geotechnical observation and testing services during the backfill of water utility trenches <br />during the University Drive Widening Appurtenance Relocations in Irvine, California for the Irvine Ranch Water <br />District. The project included the portion of University Drive located between MacArthur Boulevard and <br />Campus Drive. Construction included removal and relocation of existing service backflow preventers, vaults, <br />fire hydrants, blowoffs/bottom drains, cathodic test stations, airvacs, a 16-inch CML&C pipe, and water <br />services; main line valve installation/replacement; installation of reinforced concrete pad over 16-inch pipe; <br />and adjusting valve cans and sewer manholes to grade. Mr. Radlinski performed soil sampling and testing <br />and observation of utility trenches. <br />PORTOLA CENTER, LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA <br />The Portola Center residential subdivision is located in the City of Lake Forest in the eastern portion of Orange <br />County, California. The 200 acre property is planned for 700 single-family homes, a mixed -use <br />commercial/residential area, multi -family housing, and public and private parks/residential facilities with <br />accommodating retaining walls, streets, and infrastructure.
