He has extensive knowledge of hazardous waste regulations on both EDUCATION <br />a state and federal level and has completed the Department of Transportation - B.A., Political Science <br />126F/181 Hazardous Materials Transportation Training. Brian maintains a (Minor Earth Science), <br />thorough understanding of waste classification according to RCRA and TSCA California State University, <br />guidelines. His knowledge of regulations, land disposal restrictions and soil Fullerton (1986) <br />treatment standards are instrumental in providing our clients with the <br />information necessary to properly determine the most cost effective remediation options for their waste. Brian <br />also has a thorough knowledge of DOT shipping classifications for the safe transportation of waste handled <br />by Belshire, ensuring that all waste is properly labeled and placarded in appropriate containers prior to <br />transportation. His knowledge of shipping documentation is also vital for the safe, efficient and proper <br />transportation of our customers' waste. <br />As Vice President of Business Development and Sr. Account Manager at Belshire, Brian is responsible for <br />managing the accuracy and efficiency of all aspects of staff assigned projects, as well as coordinating <br />individual projects himself. Brian prepares and/or reviews cost proposals/project budgets, coordinates <br />staff/subcontractor tasks and data collection, evaluates analytical data reports and waste classification <br />decisions, and compiles written reports. Brian effectively manages environmental projects ranging in size from <br />$100 to over $1,000,000.
