<br />Mr. Noel has 33 years of experience performing and
<br />managing geotechnical field investigations. His
<br />geotechnical engineering experience includes pipelines,
<br />bridges, large industrial complexes, commercial
<br />developments, deep excavation, parking structures,
<br />pavements, storage tanks, and slope stability and liquefaction
<br />studies. Mr. Noel performs analyses of shallow and deep foundations,
<br />compressible and expansive soils, surcharge fills, slope stability
<br />studies, deep excavations and shoring, and liquefaction potential.
<br />Mr. Noel's responsibilities include project management, preparation of
<br />proposals, coordination of field and laboratory work, engineering
<br />analyses and report preparation for investigations for various types of
<br />projects. He supervises field staff during geotechnical observation
<br />and testing and materials special inspections.
