Mr. Crystal's 27 years of experience has included <br />shallow and deep foundation analysis design, <br />liquefaction studies, response spectra estimation, cone <br />penetration testing (CPT) interpretation, flexible and <br />rigid pavement design, and subgrade stabilization.
