Mr. Crystal's 27 years of experience has included
<br />shallow and deep foundation analysis design,
<br />liquefaction studies, response spectra estimation, cone
<br />penetration testing (CPT) interpretation, flexible and
<br />rigid pavement design, and subgrade stabilization. He
<br />has conducted and coordinated field explorations, classified soil
<br />conditions, performed engineering evaluations and analysis and
<br />provided recommendations for institutional, commercial, and public
<br />sector projects. His project experience includes hospitals, educational
<br />facilities, high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, pipelines, military
