Education and Certifications BS Business Administration Cal Polytechnic University Pomona (May 1985) Mr. Kelly provides deployment management and metering subject matter expertise for UtiliWorks, Joe has 18 years' experience in the AMI/AMR field, eight of those years as the owner of a meter installation company. In addition to deployment oversight, Joe provides expertise in metering and network communications.
