To compensate contractor for removing and replacing four (4) ADA Ramps at St. Andrews PI. <br />and Pomona St. (PCO #02) <br />AGREED COST: $51,000.00 <br />2. To compensate contractor for removing and replacing one (1) PCC Commercial Driveway per <br />STD 1112 (PCO #03) <br />AGREED COST: $22,904.00 <br />3. To compensate contractor for installing three 2" conduit loops stub outs at the intersection of <br />Grand & St. Gertrude (PCO #4) <br />AGREED COST: $12,127.50 <br />TOTAL AGREED COST: $86,031.50 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
