INSURANCE-[NIQlaQU I R ED WORK MAY PROCEED CITY CLERK A-2022-254-14-01 DATE: DEC 11 ZOD O. ybA(0) gyp. pG A11Ce \ I FIRST AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL PROPERTY COMPLIANCE J ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BENEFITS AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on November 27, 2023, by and between Milad Hanna ("Owner"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2022-254-14, dated July 19, 2023, by which Owner received grant funds made available through the Commercial Property Compliance Assistance Program for improvements at the property located at 711 N. Main Street, in Santa Ana, California ("Agreement"). The term of the Agreement continues for a five (5) year period and is current and in effect. B. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to reduce the amount awarded to Owner for said improvements. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 3, REIMBURSEMENTS, is amended to reduce the total amount of funds for the City to reimburse the Owner by $217.50. The total reimbursement amount provided under the terms of the agreement is $2,832A4. 2. Attachment B, to the Agreement, is hereby replaced in its entirety by Exhibit B-1 to this First Amendment, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. 3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
