(2) <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />EXHIBIT I <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The specific requirements of this RFP have been listed in Section 11. <br />II. TRAINING COURSE(S) <br />A. ASAUA requires training courses in the following specific disciplines: <br />a Training Request for: G-191: ICS/EOC Interface Workshop <br />Minimum Requirements: <br />Availability to conduct up to a total of ten (10) deliveries of the training by the end of the term of <br />the contract. <br />The first training must be conducted no later than January 31, 2024. <br />Course Name: G-1 91: ICS/EOC Interface Workshop <br />Course Description: The course will enable the participants to develop an effective interface <br />between the Incident Command and the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) by applying <br />Incident Command (ICS) principles -The proposer will provide resumes of the staff to be assigned <br />to this training request, detailing their prior experience. <br />Number of Deliveries Being Requested: Up to 10 <br />Number of Students per Delivery: Minimum of 16 students <br />Responsibilities of the City of Santa Ana and the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area: <br />• Classroom with space to arrange students in groups <br />• AudioNisual Equipment <br />• Multiple easels, dry erase board, and markers <br />Responsibilities of the Training Provider: <br />• Laptop <br />• Presentation & training aids <br />• Professional instruction <br />Notice to Respondents: <br />All responses to this solicitation shall become property of the City of Santa Ana, and responses will <br />become public record after issuance of Purchase Order. Proposer information identified as <br />proprietary information shall be maintained confidential, to the extent allowed under the California <br />Public Records Act. <br />B.
