Arthur Newton, legal counsel for Mariscos Hector and Maria Sebold, provided a <br />rebuttal to comments provided by the public. <br /> <br />At 8:59 P.M., seeing no additional speakers, Mayor Amezcua closed the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Councilmember Bacerra commented on the crime statistics regarding Mariscos <br />Hector and the public noticing done by staff. <br /> <br />Councilmember Phan inquired about the crime statistics regarding Mariscos Hector <br />and reported that she had met with the applicant. <br /> <br />Police Chief David Valentin answered questions regarding the crime statistics report <br />provided to Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Lopez inquired about the Planning Commission analysis.
