Proposal to City of Santa Ana <br />Executive Recruitment for On -Call Professional Recruitment Services <br />Scope of Work <br />Our proposed process is designed to provide the City of Santa Ana with the full range of services <br />required to ensure the ultimate selection of a new hire uniquely suited to the City's needs. We <br />offer three levels of service: <br />• Full Recruitment —All Phases 1-III <br />• Partial Recruitment —Phase I and II <br />• Outreach Only Services <br />The phases are described below. <br />Strategic Marketing & <br />Recruitment Applicant <br />MW <br />Plan I Screening <br />PHASE I — Strategic Recruitment Plan <br />The first step in this engagement is a thorough review of the City's needs, culture, and goals; the <br />recruitment and selection process; and the schedule. CPS HR is prepared to meet with key <br />stakeholders to obtain input in developing the ideal candidate profile and to assist us in <br />understanding key issues and challenges.
