SECTION XIII <br />UNHOUSED AREA CLEAN UP & TASKS <br />A. General Specifications <br />1. Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning miscellaneous trash items left by <br />unhoused individuals during Contract hours. <br />2. Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of abandoned items (trash) daily. <br />3. Interaction with homeless maintenance contractor, CR, City officials and staff, and/or <br />law enforcement personnel may be necessary as it pertains to securing and restoring the <br />imprint. <br />4. Contractor shall report to the CR regarding interference in contractual execution (unable to <br />mow, pick up trash, etc.) due to unhoused individuals, within 24 hours. <br />5. Contractor shall report any threatening individuals to the CR immediately. <br />6. All personal belongings shall be properly bagged and identified with a tape tag indicating <br />location name, date and time of removal, and truck number.
