(9) CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />a. Used to remove standing water in brickdust areas. It shall be plastic with <br />flexible pistons and value. <br />iv. Infield Sopper with Wringer and Bucket <br />a. Used to collect standing water in brickdust areas. Sopper shall be a <br />geotextile-covered sponge typical for absorbing chemical spills. <br />E. CONTRACTOR MEETINGS & DESIGNATED POINTS OF CONTACT <br />Contractor shall provide City of Santa Ana staff with a English-speaking point of contact <br />person and a phone number to reach the contact person from the hours of 6:30 am - 5:00 <br />pm, Monday — Saturday; year round. <br />Contractor shall appoint and identify to City of Santa Ana staff a "site supervisor". <br />This site supervisor shall meet with staff as requested at a time and place agreed <br />upon by both parties for as long as the contract is in effect to discuss any <br />problems/concerns that may arise and any goals for the week. <br />November of each year for as long as the contract is in effect, Contractor shall <br />personally meet with start: along with the designated site supervisor, to discuss and <br />outline schedules for "Annual Renovations" <br />F. DAILY INFIELD & WARINING TRACK MAINTENANCE <br />i. General <br />a. Contractor shall remove all litter, broken glass and hazardous debris from <br />infield and dugout areas. <br />b. Contractor shall keep brickdust and dugout areas in a clean and weed -free <br />condition. Dugouts shall be completely free of any brickdust or other <br />stains/gum, sunflower seeds, debris, etc. <br />c. Contractor shall sweep/pressure wash out dugouts so they are 1 00% free <br />of brickdust, brickdust stains or any other debris. <br />d. Contractor shall clean mow strips, backstops, chain link fencing, including <br />brickdust build up along bottom rails. <br />Maintenance Procedure <br />a. Contractor shall retain a smooth and level playing surface using the <br />following daily procedures. <br />The contractor shall remove all bases before beginning any work on <br />the in -field and re -install after all work on the in -field is completed. <br />After removing all bases, the contractor shall scrape/wire brush all <br />base post anchors and base inserts. This will help facilitate the <br />base removal and installation. <br />iii. The Contractor shall rake/shovel loose material from high spots <br />back into low spots/worn areas on running paths, sliding zones, and <br />any other low spots/worn areas appearing on the field before any <br />watering or dragging shall take place. <br />iv.
