STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES <br />PROCUREMENT DIVISION Contract (Mandatory) 1-23-23-22 A-D & F-G <br />Contract User Instructions, *Supplement 5* <br /> <br />Contract 1-23-23-22 A-D & F-G Page 14 *11/15/2023* <br />User Instructions <br />Inspection by local agencies will be at the Contractor’s place of business or as otherwise <br />agreed to by the Contractor and local agency. <br /> EMERGENCY/EXPEDITED ORDERS <br />Not Applicable. <br /> FREE ON BOARD (F.O.B.) DESTINATION <br />Contractors shall deliver vehicles to State or local agencies located in Sacramento County <br />at no additional cost for delivery. If the Purchase Order indicates delivery outside <br />Sacramento County, the Contractor and agency may negotiate delivery costs.
