INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />CITY CLERK <br />FLEET MANAGEMENT <br />A-2024-018-07 <br />(). p o c t) AMLNUMLN I I U MAIN I ENANGL MANAGLMEN 1 AND FLEE I HEN IAL AGRLLMEN I <br />Ls C" D�e$YC� THIS AMENDMENT ("Amendm nt') dated this 16thd f Janua ry2024' att h d t d <br />ayo _ s <br />Section 5 of the Maintenance Management and Fleet Rental Agreement is amended to add the following paragraph: <br />In the event Company notifies EFM of any claim or dispute under this Agreement, and/or any claim involving the Vehicle, <br />EFM will, in good faith, attempt to resolve the Company's claims in a manner satisfactory to all parties and EFM will <br />provide commercially reasonable assistance to Company in any communications and/or negotiations with the vendor <br />or service provider with respect to claims relating to such Vehicle. <br />All references in the Agreement and in the various Schedules and addenda to the Agreement and any other references <br />of similar import shall henceforth mean the Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
