Hall announced that the Ceremonial Presentation <br />Certificate of Recognition presented to the City's Housing Division Team has been <br />removed and postponed to a later date. <br />CEREMONIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />1. Proclamation presented by Mayor Amezcua and Councilmember Penaloza to <br />the Orange County Hunger Alliance declaring September 2023 as Hunger Action <br />Month. <br />2. Certificates of Recognition presented by Mayor Pro Tern Lopez to the City's <br />Housing Division Team for Outstanding Contributions to the Community. <br />(Removed from agenda) <br />3.
