They have had a series of intruder <br />issues, including a person walking into their home in the middle of the day and someone <br />violently trying to get in the back door while Caroline was home alone. <br />This Flower Street part of the alley serves no service and exposes all the residents near <br />it to an unsafe condition. <br />I have lived in Floral Park since 1987 and I have seen many other alleys and access <br />closed because they are no longer effective. <br />Thank you, <br />
