James Mai is with Han Yin in Huntington <br />Beach, CA. <br />Oct 28 - <br />surprise visit to Encore Programs, a center and <br />program for developmentally disabled adults, this <br />morning, passing out candy as Cowboy games and <br />Pumpkin Man Yin, Community Ambassador. This <br />center serves adult age disabled who are going <br />through this arts -based vocational and therapeutic <br />model (the only one in orange County. <br />We also took the opportunity to surprise and recogni.; <br />Shirley Meade, Program Manager. It might be a job, <br />but it's not an easy one and does not usually get <br />recog n ized for the d ifference m a de 1 n the l fives of <br />those experiencing disabilities 2_ <br />If you'd like to get involved, we're looking for arts and <br />crafts materials and general supplies to help the <br />center.
