At your request, I am resending it, since it was not
properly processed the last few times.
I am also sending a copy to the City of Santa Ana, since their own Housing Commission meets this Tuesday and I
believe they may be very interested in these developments.
I already know the Santa Ana City Clerk knows how to process public comments.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best,
Jenny
Sent with Proton Mail secure email.
------- Forwarded Message -------
From: Pretty Flye <
Date: On Tuesday, January 9th, 2024 at 7:52 AM
Subject: 92-0796818 Tax Fraud
To: eoclass@irs.gov <eoclass@irs.gov>
Dear Internal Revenue Service,
Multiple attempts have been made to report a con artist in Irvine, Ca. His name is James Mai or Jim
Mai. He literally tells people to call him "KING Mai. James and his wife Niki have five different
nonprofits and a bunch of fake Go Fund Me's. The cops at Irvine PD are not interested in taking a
fraud complaint, even though most of it is being committed in Irvine.
I request you look into this and investigate please. This guy calls himself "James Mai Esquire"
basically pretending to be a lawyer to gain people's trust and scam them.
12
