AGGREGATE LIMIT - The Limit of Insurance shown in our Declarations as "aggregate" is the most we will <br />pay under Coverage B, and applies separately for each of the following: <br />a. GENERAL AGGREGATE -Our aggregate limit is the most we will pay for the sum of damages except <br />for damages under subsections b. and c. below. <br />b. PRODUCTS AND COMPLETED OPERATIONS AGGREGATE -Our aggregate limit is the most we will <br />pay for damages included in the Products -Completed Operations Hazard. <br />c. OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE AGGREGATE - Our aggregate limit is the most we will pay for damages <br />arising out of injury by disease to your officers or Employees. <br />4. POLICY PERIOD EXTENSIONS - The Limits of Insurance of this policy apply separately to each consecutive <br />annual period and to any remaining period of less than twelve (12) months, starting with the beginning of the <br />Policy Period shown in the Declarations. However, if we extend our Policy Period after this policy is issued, <br />we will consider the additional period as part of the last preceding period for purposes of determining the <br />Limits of Insurance. <br />5. SAME BASIS DEFENSE EXPENSES - If the limits of Insurance of any Primary Insurance or Other <br />Insurance are reduced by defense expenses by the terms of that policy then any defense expense payments <br />we make to defend any Insured will reduce our applicable Limits of Insurance in the same manner. <br />SECTION III. SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS <br />When we have the duty under this policy to defend any Insured against any Suit, we will pay the following expenses <br />in addition to our Limit of Insurance to the extent that they are not covered by Primary Insurance or Other Insurance <br />by the terms of that insurance: <br />1. Costs taxed against any Insured in the Suit. <br />2. Up to $2000 for cost of bail bonds required. We do not have to furnish these bonds. <br />3. The cost of bonds to release attachments, but only for bond amounts within our applicable Limit of Insurance. <br />We do not have to furnish these bonds. <br />4. Reasonable expenses incurred by any Insured when we request the Insured to assist us in the investigation <br />of the claim or defense of the Suit. This includes actual loss of earnings up to $500 a day, because of time off <br />from work. <br />5. Prejudgment interest awarded against any Insured on that part of the judgment we pay. If we make an offer <br />to pay the applicable Limit of Insurance we will not pay any prejudgment interest based on that period of time <br />after the offer. <br />6. All interest on the full amount of any judgment that accrues after entry of the judgment and before we have paid, <br />offered to pay, or deposited in court the part of the judgment that is within our applicable Limit of Insurance. <br />SECTION IV. CONDITIONS <br />A. APPEALS - If any Primary Insurer elects not to appeal a judgment in excess of the amount of the Primary <br />Insurance or Other Insurance, we may elect to appeal. If we appeal, we will pay the expenses of such appeal. <br />Such payments will not reduce our Limits of Insurance. <br />B. BANKRUPTCY <br />1. Bankruptcy or insolvency of any Insured or Insured's estate does not relieve us of our obligations under <br />this policy. <br />2.
