OTHER INSURANCE - If there is any Other Insurance available to any Insured, this policy applies excess of <br />and does not contribute with such Other Insurance. However: <br />1. At your option, our policy will apply before Other Insurance applies when you agree in a written Insured <br />Contract prior to the time of an Occurrence that such insurance as is afforded by this policy will apply in <br />that manner. <br />2. This does not apply if the Other Insurance is specifically written to be excess over this policy. <br />N. SEPARATION OF INSUREDS -Except with respect to the Limits of Insurance and any rights or duties specifically <br />assigned to the First Named Insured, this insurance applies: <br />1. As if each Named Insured were the only Named Insured; and <br />2. Separately to each Insured against whom claim is made or Suit is brought. <br />O. INSPECTION AND AUDIT <br />1. We have the right but not the duty to: <br />a. Make inspections and surveys at any time; <br />b. Give you reports on the conditions we find; and <br />c. Recommend changes. <br />2. Any inspections, surveys, reports or recommendations relate only to insurability and the premiums to be <br />charged. We do not: <br />a. Make safety inspections; <br />b. Undertake to perform the duty of any person or organization to provide for the health or safety of workers <br />or the public; or <br />c. Warrant that conditions are: <br />(1) Safe or healthful; or <br />(2) Comply with laws, regulations, codes or standards. <br />3. This condition applies: <br />a. To us; and <br />b. To any rating, advisory, rate service or similar organization, which makes insurance inspections, <br />surveys, reports or recommendations. <br />4. We may examine and audit your books and records as they relate to this policy: <br />a. At any time during our Policy Period; and <br />b. Up to one hundred eighty (180) days afterward. <br />P. UNINTENTIONAL FAILURE TO DISCLOSE - If you unintentionally fail to disclose to us all of: <br />1. Your Products; <br />2. Your Work; or <br />3. Property owned or used by you; <br />which exist at the inception date of this policy, we will not deny coverage under this policy because of such failure. <br />Q.
